Model X Installation Overview
The Tesla Model X features larger body panels, complex curves, and Falcon Wing door assemblies. Wrap installations are planned panel-by-panel to accommodate door movement, seals, and panel transitions.

Falcon Wing Doors & Panel Transitions
Falcon Wing doors introduce additional seams, hinges, and articulation points. Film placement is designed to maintain clean visual continuity while preserving proper door function and clearances.
Emblem Removal & Preparation
Front and rear Tesla “T” emblems are removed using controlled heat and non-marring techniques. Surfaces are cleaned and prepped prior to film application to ensure proper adhesion.
Film Application & Finish
Film is applied panel-by-panel and wrapped where panel geometry allows. Certain seams or recessed areas may remain partially exposed due to vehicle design constraints.
Final inspection is completed prior to delivery, and post-install care guidance is provided.
Coverage
All Model X installations are covered for workmanship-related issues. Vinyl film carries the manufacturer’s warranty provided by 3M® or Avery Dennison®, subject to their published terms.
